DiskTidy

Refund Policy

Draft for launch review · 2 August 2026

This draft follows Paddle’s current buyer refund framework. Final support details must be completed and the policy should receive legal review before live checkout is enabled.

30-day product promise

We want buyers to have time to verify that DiskTidy works for their Mac and workflow. We will support a request for a discretionary full refund submitted within 30 days of purchase, unless there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, license-key sharing, or another legal restriction. Mandatory consumer rights always apply and may provide additional protection.

Technical problems

If a persistent technical defect prevents access to the advertised Pro features, contact product support first so we can attempt to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, request a refund through Paddle.

How to request a refund

Use the “View receipt” link in your Paddle confirmation email or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.

Effect of a refund

When a refund is approved, the Personal Pro license is deactivated and continued use of Pro features is no longer authorized. DiskTidy Free remains available.

Local rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory withdrawal, cancellation, defect, or consumer rights that apply in your country. Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy govern transaction handling.
