Software License Terms

1. The product

DiskTidy is macOS utility software supplied by Ruzname Labs. DiskTidy Free provides scanning, analysis, and a limited number of manual file deletions. DiskTidy Personal Pro unlocks the cleanup and deletion features described on the pricing page.

2. Purchase and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Personal Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms and the Refund Policy.

3. Personal Pro license

A Personal Pro license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be activated on up to three Macs owned or primarily used by the purchaser. You may not resell, share publicly, rent, sublicense, circumvent activation limits, or use one personal license as a business-wide license.

4. Updates

Personal Pro includes product updates released during the 12 months after purchase. Versions received during that period continue to work after the update window ends. A later paid update window is optional and will never disable the version you already licensed.

5. Cleanup and backups

DiskTidy shows cleanup candidates and requests confirmation before deletion. Safe Clean and Full Clean include additional protections, but no cleaner can guarantee that every user-specific workflow is unaffected. Review selections, keep current backups, and use Trash-first options when possible.

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with licensing or security, use the service to violate another person’s rights, or distribute modified copies.

7. Availability and warranty

The software is provided with the warranties required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is otherwise provided “as is” and availability of online activation may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Termination

The license may be suspended or terminated for fraud, payment reversal, public key sharing, or material breach of these terms. Access ends when a qualifying transaction is refunded.

9. Support and complaints

Public product-support contact details will be added before launch. Purchase, receipt, and refund questions may also be submitted through Paddle buyer support.
